Recently Commonwealth Commission, UK has awarded me the Commonwealth Fellowship, UK to carry research at School of Pharmacy, London.
University Grant Commission (UGC - India) and Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD - India) nominated my candidature for Commonwealth split site doctoral fellowship UK.
Currently a graduate student@ Department of Pharmacy, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara. Awarded with All India Council of Technical Education - National Doctoral Fellowship (AICTE-NDF), Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR-SRF), UGC-SRF for research work in the area of Vaccine Delivery Systems for Tuberculosis.
My current research interest includes development and evaluation of nanotechnology based drug/gene and vaccine delivery systems. Various nanoparticulate polymeric carriers, solid lipid nanoparticles etc. have been explored for drug delivery.
Completed various research projects in the field of NDDS including oral, buccal mucosal, transdermal formulations. Carried out research on analytical method development of pharmaceutical agents.
Completed a project by University of Pune on solubility enhancement of poorly water soluble drugs.
Member of American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists.
Member of Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences, UK.
Member of Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India.
Editorial board member of Journal of Advanced Pharmaceutical Technology and Research.
